Sustainability

Event lighting – now sustainable thanks to BKW
It won’t just be the stars lighting the way for our performers and guests returning home from Country Night – this year we’ve also installed mobile solar lights in cooperation with our partner BKW. An important step for our sustainable event management.
LED solar lights don’t generate the kind of emissions – carbon, noise and light – you get with gas or diesel alternatives. Even in the winter months when sunshine is in short supply, the output from the batteries and solar panels ensure constant lighting. At the Country Night in Gstaad, BKW is erecting five mobile solar-powered lights. This represents another key step in the long partnership between BKW and Country Night. BKW subsidiary ISP Elektro will once again take care of electrical installation for this event. An all-round active partnership.
